Agreement
By downloading or using Binah, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Binah is a personal budgeting app provided by Kirkdale Digital. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.
Subscriptions
Binah is free to download. A subscription is required to access full features. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via the Apple App Store. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.
Acceptable use
You may not use Binah to do anything unlawful or harmful. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute any part of the app.
Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy at getbinah.co.uk/privacy explains how we collect and use your data. By using Binah you agree to that policy.
Limitation of liability
Binah is provided as a budgeting aid. We are not financial advisers and nothing in the app constitutes financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kirkdale Digital is not liable for any financial decisions made on the basis of information shown in the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
